At the Resourcing Tomorrow Conference in London UK, Michael Fox, Publisher of the Prospector News got to meet the new CEO of the Association of Mineral Exploration of British Columbia Kareet Jutla. After introducing AME BC to our listeners, we discuss the desirability of British Columbia as a favorable jurisdiction for the resource industry to work in and how AME BC works with industry to get to the government’s ear.
We also discuss some of the challenges facing the industry going forward concerning permitting, community outreach and overall acceptance of the industry. We also discuss provincial initiatives and framework surrounding specifically the Critical Minerals as outlined in the Federal Government plans.
Finally we invite all interested parties to Vancouver to attend Round Up The annual gathering AME BC puts on in January 22 – 25.
