Rubicon Minerals Corporation (TSX:RMX) (NYSE MKT:RBY) announces the Ontario Divisional Court has dismissed an application for judicial review that was previously filed by Wabauskang First Nation in respect of Rubicon’s production closure plan for its fully-permitted Phoenix Gold Project located in Red Lake, Ontario. Construction of the Project has been unaffected. The Project remains on schedule for projected production in mid-2015.
While the Company welcomes the decision, Rubicon wishes to focus its efforts on continuing constructive discussions with WFN to reach a collaborative benefits agreement.
