Goldsource Mines Inc. (TSX-V:GXS) (FRANKFURT:G5M) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amending agreement between the Company, Eagle Mountain Gold Corp. a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and Omai Gold Mines Ltd. a 95% owned subsidiary of IAMGOLD Corporation with respect to the Eagle Mountain Gold Property in Guyana.
 

The Company has issued to OGML 3,389,279 common shares in consideration of OGML agreeing to the terms of the Amending Agreement, resulting in OGML holding 8% of the outstanding shares of the Company. The common shares are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
