GoGold Resources Inc. (TSXV: GGD) announce that it has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange for the listing of 153,437,164 common shares of the Company, of which 128,288,331 Common Shares are issued and outstanding and 25,148,833 Common Shares are reserved for issuance on the exercise of outstanding warrants and options.

The Common Shares will begin trading on the TSX under the symbol “GGD” at the opening of the market on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 and will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange effective as of that time.
