Superior Copper Corporation (SPC:TSXV) has entered into an agreement to acquire the Pall Mall Property located in Ryan Townships near Batchawana Bay, approximately 80 kilometres north of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario; subject to regulatory approval.  Superior Copper will acquire a 100% interest in the project by issuing 750,000 shares to the vendors; George Lucuik, Dan Shelly and Jim Ralph. 
 
The Pall Mall Property covers 3 unpatented mineral claims over 176 hectares on the south border of the Batchawana Copper Project within the Keweenawan Group of the Proterozoic Southern Province of the Canadian Shield.
