Prospector News Podcast – Keerit Jutla “All Stakeholders Need to Come Together to Modernize the Mineral Tenure Act of BC to Achieve Clarity”
The Prospector News Publisher Michael Fox is Joined by Keerit Jutla President and CEO of AMEBC to discuss the BC Government’s plans to modernize the Mineral Tenure Act in that province. In order to align Government statute and policy with the UNDRIP that BC has signed onto, a modernization of the Mineral Tenure Act is required. It is the position of AMEBC that all the stakeholders need to come together to discuss to modernization of the Act, to have clarity, avoid conflict and determine the obligation of consultation with whom and when in the exploration and development process.
