(TSX:LGC) (LMA:LGC) (OTCQX:LGCUF) is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced public offering of 16,950,000 common shares at a price of $1.18 per Share for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately C$20 million. The Offering was conducted through a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Cormark Securities Inc. and Canaccord Genuity Corp., and also included BMO Capital Markets, Haywood Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets.
 

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
