Guanajuato Silver Closes Books on Non-Brokered Financing

 

 

 

 

 

Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. (TSX-V:GSVR) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated August 8, 2025, the final tabulation for its recently announced non-brokered Listed Issuer Financing Exemption private placement consisting of units of the Company at a price of $0.30 per unit, is a total of 60,000,000 Units for anticipated gross proceeds of $18,000,000.

 

The Offering is oversubscribed with substantial additional interest outstanding; however, the Company will not be accepting additional orders and does not anticipate any further expansion of the previously announced maximum offering. The anticipated closing remains on or about the week of August 18, 2025, or such later date as the Company may determine. The Closing is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory and other approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

 

James Anderson, Chaiman and CEO, stated: “This financing significantly strengthens the Company’s balance sheet, giving us considerable additional financial flexibility, and allowing the Company to consider additional growth opportunities within its portfolio”.

 

Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of the Company. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional Common Share at an exercise price of $0.45 for a period of 36 months following the closing of the Offering.
