Dryden Gold Intersects 7.88 g/t Gold over 12.70 Meters at Gold Rock

Dryden Gold Corp. (TSX-V: DRY) (OTCQX: DRYGF) (FSE: X7W)
is pleased to announce that drill hole DGR-058 returned a high-grade intercept of 7.88 g/t gold over 12.70 meters, including 46.05 g/t gold over 1.90 meters. This hole was drilled along strike between high-grade intercepts at Jubilee and Pearl, at approximately 65 meters true depth (Figure 1). This near-surface 100-gram meter hole confirms the continuity of high-grade gold over 350 meters strike-length along the Elora structure.

The Company mobilized a second drill rig in July to expand the footprint and test down-plunge at Gold Rock. Initial deeper drilling, reported on August 31, 2026, intersected 9.40 g/t gold over 4.60 meters at 330 meters true depth and nearly doubled the down-plunge extent at Spyglass on the sub-parallel BM2 Trend. DGR-075 returned grade of 1.35 g/t gold over 12.0 meters including 10.5 g/t gold over 0.5 meters and 15.6 g/t gold over 0.5 meters down plunge on BM1, testing Barrelman at approximately 300 meters true depth. Like BM2 and Elora, BM1 continues to show continuity over 1.5 kilometers strike with multiple high-grade zones extending down-plunge (Figure 1).

The 2025-2026 drill programs have now grown Gold Rock from its original three mineralized structures with a single high-grade zone to 15 mineralized structures with 10 high-grade zones. The mineralized structures are showing high-grade intercepts with good width within lower-grade gold halos. Further testing is required to fully define the extents of all the newly discovered mineralized structures. New structural data supports two plunges controlling the high-grade mineralization at Gold Rock with additional drill holes pending that test the down-plunge targets.

Trey Wasser, CEO, commented, “The geology team’s structural models, targeting the intersection of the three defined deformation events, continues to generate significant results across the many high-grade targets within this robust gold system. Proving the continuity of the near-surface high-grade gold mineralization, combined with the successful down-plunge testing along multiple sub-parallel structures is allowing us to begin evaluating the potential for open pit mining at Gold Rock. Equally exciting is the recently announced initial observations from our drilling at Mud Lake North where visible gold was reported in one of the first three drill holes within a broad zone of alteration and significant sulphide mineralization.”

Additional near surface drilling at Jubilee, from hole DGR-079, returned 9.91 g/t gold over 1.45 meters including 25.90 g/t gold over 0.40 meters at approximately 30 meters below surface. Testing at the Big Master Gold System near Treasure returned 6.96 g/t gold over 2.00 meters on a hanging wall structure in hole DGR-063 at approximately 100 meters true depth and 4.56 g/t gold over 1.00 meter on Treasure in hole DGR-062 at approximately 150 meters true depth.

The technical disclosure in this news release has been reviewed and approved by Maura Kolb, M.Sc., P. Geo., President of Dryden Gold and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators. Kolb has reviewed the drill results for reported intercepts, the analytical data and associated quality control results.

Analytical Laboratory and QA/QC Procedures
The Company is drilling NQ size core. Samples are cut in half, with half going to the lab for analysis and half kept as a record. True thickness/widths of the mineralization is unknown, result intervals are reported as the drilled core lengths unless otherwise stated. All sampling completed by Dryden Gold Corp. within its exploration programs is subject to a Company standard of internal quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) programs which include the insertion of certified reference materials, blank materials, and a level of duplicate analysis. Core samples for the holes reported in today’s release were transported by Dryden personal directly to to Activation Laboratories, with sample preparation and analysis in Dryden, where they were processed for gold analysis by 50-gram fire assay with an atomic absorption finish and over limits determined by Fire Assay with a gravimetric finish. Select samples were analyzed using metallic screens. Activation Laboratories systems conform to requirements of ISO/IEC Standard 17025 guidelines and meet the assay requirements outlined for NI 43-101 compliance.
