Taking place from 2–4 December at London’s Business Design Centre, this year’s event will focus on Securing Metals & Minerals, Empowering the Future.

With key themes including the intersection of mining and global defence, circularity and sustainability beyond ESG, AI and data-driven transformation, financing and fast-tracking projects, and addressing the skills gap facing the sector, the 2025 event will directly address the defining challenges and opportunities impacting the industry today.

Geopolitics will be a dominant thread throughout the event, shaping many discussions and panels. Ministerial representatives from Ontario and Quebec will address supply chain resilience and the evolving role of their jurisdictions in the global minerals ecosystem, alongside insights from His Excellency Khalid Al-Mudaifer, Vice Minister for Mining Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Zoe White, Head of Policy, Plans and Partnerships at NATO, will speak on defence’s need for critical minerals, while Sir Martin Sorrell, Founder of WPP – the world’s largest advertising and PR agency – will discuss the image of mining through the lens of global brand perception.

Building on last year’s success in broadening the conversation beyond the traditional mining industry, the programme will once again feature fresh perspectives from other sectors, further enriching the dialogue. Additional cross-sector speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

More than 100 mining companies will take to the stage to present their latest exploration and development projects to a global audience of investors, making the event a profound opportunity for deal flow and capital connection heading into 2026.

Returning on 1 December, the Government Roundtable at the London Stock Exchange will once again bring together over 40 ministers, mining CEOs, and senior stakeholders for closed-door discussions on regulation, international collaboration, and long-term supply strategies. Sarah Jones, Minister of State, Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and the Department for Business and Trade, United Kingdom, will be among the senior representatives participating in the Roundtable.

With more than 2,000 mining professionals expected, Resourcing Tomorrow 2025 will serve as a vital platform for charting the future of the sector at a defining moment in its evolution.
