Apollo Silver Corp

Apollo Silver Corp. (TSX-V:APGO) (OTCQB:APGOF) (FRA:6ZF0) is focused on becoming the next mid-tier silver producer by advancing silver-focused projects in mining-friendly jurisdictions in the United States and Mexico. Its strategy is to focus exploration and resource-definition programs in jurisdictions with historic silver production and limited modern exploration.

Corporate Presentation

Projects

Calico Project

Apollo’s flagship Calico Silver Project is located on private land in mining-friendly San Bernardino County, California. The project combines the Waterloo and Langtry silver properties under common ownership for the first time.

Calico hosts a large, bulk-minable silver deposit with significant barite and zinc credits. Apollo’s February 2026 investor presentation identifies the project as containing:

  • 125 million ounces of measured and indicated silver resources at 71 grams per tonne.
  • 58 million ounces of inferred silver resources at 71 grams per tonne.
  • 130,000 ounces of inferred gold resources.
  • Indicated resources of 2.7 million tonnes of barite and 354 million pounds of zinc.
  • Inferred resources of 0.65 million tonnes of barite and 258 million pounds of zinc.

Apollo describes Calico as one of the largest undeveloped primary silver deposits in the United States. The project’s barite and zinc resources provide exposure to critical minerals in addition to silver.

Cinco de Mayo Project

Apollo has optioned the district-scale Cinco de Mayo Project in north-central Chihuahua State, Mexico, approximately 190 kilometres northwest of Chihuahua City. The project is situated along a regional trend that hosts significant carbonate replacement deposits.

Cinco de Mayo includes the Upper Manto, Pegaso and Pozo Seco zones. Apollo describes the Upper Manto deposit as a large, high-grade, carbonate replacement deposit rich in silver and base metals. The company presents the following historical Upper Manto resource:

  • 12.45 million tonnes.
  • 132 grams per tonne silver.
  • 6.47% zinc.
  • 2.86% lead.
  • 52.7 million ounces of silver.
  • 96,000 ounces of gold.
  • 1.777 billion pounds of zinc.
  • 385 grams per tonne silver equivalent.

Apollo cautions that these Cinco de Mayo figures are historical estimates and should not be treated as current mineral resources or mineral reserves. The company must complete additional work, including a review of the historical database and updated geological and resource models, before treating the estimates as current.
