American Lithium Corp. (TSX-V:LI) (OTCQX:AMLIF) (Frankfurt:5LA1) is pleased to announce the appointment of Amandip Singh as an independent member of its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2026.
Mr. Singh is a seasoned mining professional with over 15 years of experience across exploration, project evaluation, corporate development, and investment analysis. His career bridges the technical and financial dimensions of mining, giving him an integrated perspective across the full project lifecycle — from early-stage discovery through feasibility, financing, and development.
Mr. Singh has held senior roles at Outcrop Silver, Apollo Silver, and Magna Gold, and previously served as a sell-side mining analyst at a boutique mining-focused investment bank. Most notably, he played a key role in Newmont’s US$311 million acquisition of GT Gold and helped lead the strategic transformation of West Red Lake Gold Mines, including the acquisition of the Madsen Mine. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto.
“We are excited to welcome Amandip to the Board of American Lithium,” stated Alex Tsakumis, CEO. “His appointment strengthens the independence and composition of the Board, and his geological expertise and capital markets experience make him an exceptional addition as we continue to advance our assets and create value for shareholders.”
Grant of Options
In connection with Mr. Singhs’ appointment, the Company has granted him an aggregate of 300,000 incentive stock options (“Options”) pursuant to the Company’s Omnibus Incentive Plan. The Options have a term of five (5) years and are exercisable at a price of C$0.455 per common share and will vest over a 12-month period, with one-third vesting on the date of grant, a further one-third vesting six (6) months thereafter, and the balance after twelve (12) months.
About American Lithium
American Lithium is developing two of the world’s largest, advanced-stage lithium projects, along with the largest undeveloped uranium project in Latin America. They include the TLC claystone lithium project in Nevada and the Falchani hard-rock lithium project in southern Peru, which also hosts a globally significant cesium resource, as well as the Macusani uranium located in the same region. All three projects have completed robust preliminary economic assessments, exhibit significant expansion potential and enjoy strong community support.
