Zadar Ventures Completes First Tranche of Financing
Zadar Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ZAD)(FRANKFURT:ZAV) is pleased to announced it has completed the first tranche of $933,000 of its non-brokered private placement of up to $2,000,000 at a price of $0.20 per unit.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase a common share of the Company at a price of $0.30 per Warrant share for a period of one year from the date of closing of the private placement.
The Company may pay finder’s fee in connection with this private placement.
The private placement is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
