As the week begins we are reminded that on February 23, 1909, Canadian John Alexander Douglas McCurdy makes the first powered flight in Canada, aboard his plane, the Silver Dart. The flight departs from Baddeck, Nova Scotia, and is the first of its kind in the British Empire.

The week started off great for medical Marijuana company, MYM Nutraceuticals Inc., (CSE: MYM) (OTCBB: MYMMF) when they closed a private placement giving them a $12 Million shot in the treasury

Further news had the company closing a joint venture agreement between Southern Cross University and their subsidiary Solaris Nutraceuticals  to commit to the development of hemp and medicinal cannabis products in the NSW Northern Rivers region that will enhance animal and human health. The agreement will pave the way for a flourishing industry built on the medicinal value of cannabis.

Wednesday February 21

NetCents Technology Inc. (CSE: NC) (Frankfurt: 26N), is pleased to announce that the integration with Aliant Payment Systems has been completed and deployed and the merchant onboarding process has begun.

The integration involved setting up the Aliant payment processing environment to work with the NetCents cryptocurrency merchant gateway along with the development of requested custom built feature sets. This integration was tested in the live environment to ensure that the integration runs seamlessly when deployed and was finalized two weeks ago.
