Resourcing Tomorrow Outstanding Achievement Awards 2026 Open for Nominations

The Resourcing Tomorrow Outstanding Achievement Awards & Gala Dinner will return to London on 3 December 2026, bringing together the global mining community for an evening that recognises the people, companies and initiatives setting the standard across the sector.

Taking place at the close of the Resourcing Tomorrow Conference, where the world’s mining leaders gather, the awards provide a fitting finale to the year. The gala offers a chance for the industry’s most prominent figures to come together, reflect on progress and celebrate in a festive London setting.

The 2025 winners demonstrated the breadth and ambition of the industry. Robert Friedland joined a distinguished group of mining leaders as the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. Nicola Jackson, Vice President Business Development at Sibanye-Stillwater, was named Rising Star of the Year. See past winners here.

This year introduces a new category, Operational Transformation of the Year, recognising companies delivering clear, measurable improvements in performance, whether through technology, process or organisational change.

“Each year, these awards reflect the pace of change and the calibre of leadership across the sector,” said Nick Rastall, Portfolio Director. “From emerging talent through to industry leaders, the awards recognise the people and organisations delivering real progress and setting the direction for what comes next.”
