Resourceful Women – “Drive to Spare”

 

 

 

 

 

Sheila Chernys takes us along for a deep dive into her multiple motivations for getting into mining as a Chemical Engineer. From coop programs in University to the reason she chose to specialize in safety, she, like many women, considers herself fortunate to be in the resource industry.

 

And, like many women, Sheila seems to be another example of the old “lucky to be good/ good to be lucky!” because the industry certainly has its challenges.
