Regulus Resources Inc. (TSX-V: REG) (OTCQX: RGLSF) is pleased to announce the closing of the previously announced strategic partnership with Osisko Gold Royalties. The transaction adds US$12.5 M (C$16.6 M) to the Company’s treasury, which will be used to fund exploration and development activities at the Company’s AntaKori project, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
