Prospector News Podcast – Terry Lynch “New CIRO Rules on Short Selling a Toothless Tiger”

Prospector News Publisher Michael Fox is joined by the founder of Save Canadian Mining to discuss the new rules being proposed by CIRO to curb predatory short selling in the Canadian Markets. The general consensus by Save Canadian Mining is that the new regulations will have little effect on the short selling practices in Canada.

We discuss the short selling problem and how banks and brokerages seem to be gaming the system to their benefit and at the expense of companies and investors.

Terry is speaking at the PDAC on the Main Investor stage on Sunday afternoon at 12 Noon.
