Prospector News Publisher, Michael Fox got to spend some time with his German Colleague Kai Hoffman of Soar Financial the producer of the Oreneinc Index which tracks private placement financings of the Junior Resource Sector. We discuss the state of the Junior Resource Financing and the disconnect between commodity prices and Junior Stock prices. In spite of some successful capital raises by some companies the market remains very poor for the majority of the Junior Resource Companies.
