Prospector News Podcast – David Erfle “Gold Could Move When the Bond Market Exceeds 5%”
Prospector News Publisher, Michael Fox, sits down with Junior Miner Junky David Erfle to discuss Precious Metal and Precious Metals stock. We begin with the Summer look at Gold, Gold has been in a price box for the past several years bouncing off the both the top and bottom reaches. We discuss the likelihood that gold breaks out to the upside sooner than later going forward. David says to look to the bond market to rise above 5% to be the catalyst for gold to break out.
On the silver side of the markets we discuss the current disconnect in the Gold:Silver ratio (Currently above 80) and why silver continues to lag behind its golden cousin. We also touch upon whether a Silver:Copper ratio is a more valid measure given silver’s move to be a more industrial metal in the new “Green Economy”
Finally we discuss the buying opportunities in the Junior Mining markets given the stocks have greatly underperformed the metals price moves up. There are great opportunities to find some serious growth in these undervalued stocks.
