Playfair Mining Announces Private Placement
Playfair Mining (TSX-V:PLY) is pleased to announce that it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement of 14 million common shares at $0.075 per share for gross proceeds of $1,050,000. Â No warrants will be issued in connection with the financing.
The proceeds will be used for exploration on the RKV project in South Central Norway and for general working capital purposes.
Completion of the private placement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to resale restrictions under applicable securities legislation and the rules of the TSX Venture Exchange.
