New Gold Announces Redemption of its Remaining Outstanding 6.375% Senior Notes

 

 

 

 

 

New Gold Inc. (TSX: NGD) (NYSE American: NGD) announces that, pursuant to the terms of the indenture governing its 6.375% Senior Notes due 2025, it has issued a notice of redemption to redeem the remaining $100 million aggregate principal amount of outstanding 2025 Notes on May 15, 2022. The redemption of the 2025 Notes will be funded with cash on hand.
