Kingsmen Resources Raises $4,151,250 in Non-Brokered Private Placement

 

 

 

 

 

KINGSMEN RESOURCES LTD. (TSX-V: KNG), (OTC: KNGRF) (FSE: TUY) is pleased to announce that it has closed its non-brokered private placement financing announced on November 4th and November 12th, 2025. The Company raised gross proceeds of $4,151,250 by issuing a total of 3,075,000 units, at a price of $1.35 per Unit. Each Unit comprised one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $1.90 for a period of two years from closing. Net proceeds will be used to further advance its Las Coloradas Silver/Gold project in Mexico and for working capital. A total of $191,179.36 cash and 141,614 non-transferable finder’s warrants were paid on a portion of the Private Placement. The Finder’s Warrants are also exercisable at $1.90 for a period of two years from closing. All securities issued in the Financing are subject to a four-month hold period and to all necessary regulatory approvals, including the final acceptance of the Exchange.
