Giant Mining Submits Core From 1,100-Foot AI Driven Core Hole MHB-36 — All Remaining Assays Now Pending from Spring 2025 Drill Program

Giant Mining Corp. (CSE: BFG) (OTC: BFGFF) (FWB: YW5) report additional assay results from Phase 1 of the Spring 2025 diamond drilling program including core holes MHB-33MHB-34, and MHB-35, completed at the Majuba Hill Porphyry Copper-Silver-Gold Project in Pershing County, Nevada.

These results from the Core Program confirm strong breccia controls and significant high-grade copper mineralization and correlate with high-grade intercepts previously identified in core holes MHB-30 and MHB-32. The primary objective of the Core Program was to delineate and better understand the geometry and extent of the copper-bearing breccia zones. Assay results and geological interpretation outline a large, distinct copper-mineralized breccia body at Majuba Hill.

Highlights

▷ Copper within the Mineralized Breccia Body in MHB-34 included enriched and primary (hypogene) copper mineralization (see Figure 2 and Table 1):

  • 500 ft (152.4 m) @ 0.21% Cu from 1210-1710 ft (368.8-521.2 m) including:165 ft (50.3 m)@ 0.24% from 1280-1445 ft (390.1-440.4 m)

           and205 ft (62.5 m) @ 0.27% Cu from 1605-1710 ft (458.7-521.2 m)

with55 ft (16.8 m) @ 0.41% Cu from1505-1560 ft (458.7-475.5 m)

Core hole MHB-34 intersected long intervals of copper mineralization within both the main Mineralized Breccia Body and the Marginal Breccia Zone (Figure 2). Meanwhile, holes MHB-33 and MHB-35 focused on shallower portions of these zones (Figure 5). The new results confirm, extend, and further define the continuity and significance of breccia-controlled copper mineralization across the project.

As previously announced in the May 22, 2025 news release, core hole MHB-32 intersected two significant copper-mineralized zones within a broader interval of 379.5 feet (115.7 m) grading 0.33% Cu and 16.97 ppm Ag, from 510 to 889.5 feet (155.5 to 271.1 m). These results extended known mineralization deeper and further north than previous drilling. Key intercepts from MHB-32 include:

  • 85 feet (25.9 m) grading 0.64% Cu and 50.89 ppm Ag, from 510 to 595 feet (155.5 to 181.4 m)
  • 169.5 feet (51.7 m) grading 0.41% Cu and 9.51 ppm Ag, from 720 to 889.5 feet (219.5 to 271.1 m), including:
    • 40 feet (12.2 m) at 1.36% Cu and 13.33 ppm Ag, from 780 to 820 feet (237.7 to 249.9 m), which contains:
      • 10 feet (3.0 m) at 3.6% Cu and 35.65 ppm Ag, from 805 to 815 feet (245.4 to 248.4 m).

David Greenway, CEO of Giant Mining, commented:

“The assay results from MHB-33, MHB-34, and MHB-35 are very positive and continue to validate the scale and continuity of breccia-hosted copper mineralization at Majuba Hill. With copper emerging as a national security priority under the current U.S. administration, and Nevada ranked as the number one mining jurisdiction in the United States, the stars are aligning for Giant Mining. We’re fully funded for the next phase of drilling, and our team — led by Buster Hunsaker — is eager to launch Phase 2. We’re incredibly proud of the work accomplished so far and excited about what lies ahead as we advance our mission to help reshore America’s copper supply.”

1540-1545 feet/0.62% Cu. (See Table 1)

▷ Copper within the Marginal Breccia in MHB-34 included an oxide and enriched interval of:

  • 135 ft (41.1 m) @ 0.14% Cu from 625-760 ft (190.5-231.6 m)

including: 10 ft (3.0 m) @ 0.40% Cu from 665-675 ft (202.7-205.7 m)

▷ Copper Mineralization in MHB-34 extended the Mineralized Breccia Body to at least 1640 vertical feet (500m) below the top of Majuba Mountain (see Figure 2)

  • Mineralized Breccia Body remains open at depth
  • Copper intersected in MHB-34 returned 09% Cu over the entire 1,963-foot (598.3 m) length of MHB-34, which when combined with silver results has a copper equivalent value of 0.13% CuEq (Table 1).

Additional Highlights

▷ MHB-35

  • Drilling intersected 90 ft (27.4 m) @ 0.09% Cu from 115-205 ft (35.1-62.5 m). The hole is strongly clay altered in partially leached, hydrothermal-magmatic breccias that comprise the Mineralized Breccia Body (Figure 2). Below the mineralization is a significant zone of copper mineralization in MHB-32 that graded 5 feet (115.7 m) @ 0.33% Cu and 16.97 ppm Ag from 510 to 889.5 feet (155.5 to 271.1 m).

▷ MHB-33

  • The Marginal Breccia intersected in MHB-33 identified the upper, western extents of the Mineralized Breccia Body mined in the historic Copper Stope (see Figure 5). Drilling intersected leached copper mineralization including 35 ft (10.7 m) @ 0.09% Cu from 5 to 40 ft (1.5-12.2 m) with numerous 5 foot (1.5 m) intervals of 0.1% copper (see Table 1).

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Measures, Chain of Custody

The Company utilizes a QA/QC program using best industry practices at the Majuba Hill Project. The samples are placed in cloth sample bags and are transported from the Giant Mining secure warehouse to the ALS Labs Sample Prep Facility in Elko, Nevada. ALS Labs then securely transports the prepared pulps to their analytical lab in North Vancouver, B.C.

Drill core samples are sawn in half lengthwise and one half is placed in labeled cloth sample bags. All samples are analyzed for copper, gold, silver, and 33 other elements. Gold is determined by ALS Labs method Au-AA23 which is a fire assay with an AAS finish on a 30-gram split. Copper, silver, and the remaining 31 elements are determined by ALS Labs method ME-ICP61 which is a four-acid digestion and ICP-AES assay. Approximately 5% of the submitted samples are drill duplicates and copper-gold-porphyry commercial standard reference material pulps. The remaining pulps will be retrieved from ALS Labs.
