Power Metallic Mines CEO Terry Lynch joins Ellis Martin for an update on the company’s Nisk Project in Quebec and the rapidly evolving Lion discovery.
With the project now moving toward a Preliminary Economic Assessment, Power Metallic is pursuing two paths at once: advancing development while continuing an aggressive exploration program aimed at determining just how large the system may become.
Terry discusses the September mineral resource estimate at Lion, continued high-grade drilling at depth, including a reported 5.70 metres grading approximately 14% copper equivalent, and why management believes significant exploration upside remains.
We also discuss the potential role of the original Nisk nickel deposit, ongoing metallurgical work examining whether Nisk and Lion material could ultimately work together in a larger development scenario, and the use of Muon technology to help identify potential extensions of mineralization.
Terry also provides an update on Power Metallic’s plans to pursue a Nasdaq listing through an ADR structure, the company’s treasury position, and the catalysts investors may want to watch as Power Metallic moves toward its PEA in the first half of next year.
