Critical Metals Corp. Nasdaq-CRML Announces Multiple Extensions to Known Resources & Multiple New Ultra High-Grade Mineralization Results of 27.0% Heavy REE’s for the 2025 Drilling Campaign for Area B, Fjord & Others with Immediate Near-Term Growth Potential & 2026 Drilling Target Selection

Critical Metals Corp. (Nasdaq: CRML) a leading critical minerals mining company, today announced that it has received the final assay results from the 2025 drilling program at Area B and the Fjord Deposit at the Tanbreez Rare Earths Project in Greenland.

Key Highlights

Area B – Extent of mineralization:

Broad-spaced drilling results successfully demonstrate significant and extensive mineralisation potential across Area B, located immediately adjacent to the eastern margin of the Hill Zone Deposit (refer to ASX announcements dated 16 December 2025 and 15 January 2026, Figure 2).

Fjord Deposit – Extent of mineralization:

The Fjord area remains open along strike, with mineralization consistently confirmed near surface and demonstrating strong lateral and vertical continuity (refer to ASX announcements dated 16 December 2025 and 15 January 2026, Figure 2).

Resource growth potential:

The 2025 Fjord and Upper Fjord drilling results provide a strong indication of potential for resource growth and extension drilling for 2026 currently being planned.

Grade profile:

Total Rare Earth Oxide (TREO+Y) grades from the 2025 diamond drilling range from 0.40% to 0.47%, with heavy rare earth oxides (HREO) comprising approximately 26–27% of TREO+Y

Tony Sage, Chief Executive Officer of Critical Metals Corp., commented:

“I am very encouraged by the 2025 deep diamond drilling results, which continue to demonstrate meaningful extensions to our known Mineral Resource and confirm consistent rare earth mineralisation across the Fjord, Upper Fjord, Hill and now, Area B zone. These results enhance our confidence in the broader REE potential of the Tanbreez Deposit.

Importantly, the new assay data is expected to add further mineralised tonnage to the existing Hill and Fjord Deposits, supporting a potential uplift in scale and continuity across a significantly larger project footprint. This reinforces Tanbreez as a strategic, long‑life rare earth asset.

Our team is now progressing extension and infill drilling programs for the 2026 field season, focused on optimising future pit designs and advancing Mineral Resource studies. These next steps are aimed at de‑risking the project and positioning Tanbreez for future development milestones.”

New results are as follows.

Area B – Geological context and exploration results

Area B is located to the east-northeast of the Hill Deposit and spans an approximately 1,750 metre corridor of highly prospective geology. All drilling completed in 2025 within this area has returned broad intervals of rare earth mineralization, with TREO+Y grades typically ranging from ~0.35% to ~0.77%.

Drill holes 25-D17, 25-D13, 25-D10 and 25-D09 formed part of a reconnaissance drilling program designed to assess the prospectivity within this eastern extension of the Hill Deposit.

While the current drilling pattern remains widely spaced, results to date indicate strong geological and grade continuity across the corridor. This continuity highlights significant laterally extensive mineralization potential within Area B, which is positioned immediately adjacent to the eastern margin of the Hill Zone Deposit.

In addition, results have now been returned for the final 2025 drillhole at the Fjord deposit.

Fjord Deposit – Final 2025 drill results

Hole 25-D14

16.5m @ 0.4003 TREOY (25.02% HREO), 96 ppm Ga2O5, 274ppm HfO2, 1485ppm CeO2, 1125ppm Nb2O5 from 0.5m

38.0m @ 0.3801 TREOY (26.59% HREO), 84 ppm Ga2O5, 311ppm HfO2, 1381ppm CeO2, 1259ppm Nb2O5 from 21.0m

Hole 25-D15

55.5m @ 0.406 TREOY (26.02% HREO), 95 ppm Ga2O5, 325ppm HfO2, 1491ppm CeO2, 1307ppm Nb2O5 from 2.0m

Holes 25‑D14 and 25‑D15 are located at the northeastern end of the Fjord Deposit and confirm that mineralization remains open along strike. The assay results are consistent with previously reported drilling in this area and are expected to support preparation of a revised Mineral Resource Estimate, as well as the advancement of subsequent mine planning studies (refer to Table 1).

The assay results continue to demonstrate consistent rare earth grades and highlight the presence of strategic metals, including gallium, hafnium, cerium, and yttrium. These outcomes further reinforce Tanbreez’s status as a globally significant peralkaline-hosted rare earth system with scale potential and exposure to multiple strategic metals exposure.

Details of the 2025 drilling program are provided in Table 1 (collar information), with mineralized greater than >0.3% TREO+Y listed in Appendix 2, individual assay results provided in Appendix 3, and supporting geological interpretations presented in Figures 3, 4, and 5.

Area B and Hill Zone Deposit Tie-in Zone

Drill holes 25‑D17, 25‑D13, 25‑D10 and 25‑D09 formed part of a reconnaissance program designed to assess the prospectivity east‑northeast of the Hill Deposit. Although the drill spacing remains broad, results clearly indicate significant laterally extensive mineralization potential across Area B, whis is located immediately adjacent to the eastern margin of the Hill Zone Deposit.

Based on the results reported in this announcement, additional drilling across Area B and the Upper Fjord area is considered warranted to further define mineralized scale, continuity and potential resource growth.

Results from Area B, together with the broader 2024 and 2025 drilling programs, demonstrate TREO+Y grades ranging from approximately 0.35% to 0.77%, with an average heavy rare earth oxide (HREO) content of approximately 25.7%.

Grade Summary – Area B 2025 Drilling

  • Total Rare Earth Oxide + Yttrium (TREO+Y): ranges between approximately 0.35%–0.61%.
  • Heavy Rare Earth Oxide (HREO) proportion: ranges between approximately 21–27% of TREO+Y.
  • Strategic and associated elements: Gallium oxide (~99 ppm), hafnium oxide (~292 ppm), yttrium oxide (~690 ppm), and cerium oxide (~1,646 ppm) are consistently present, together with zirconium oxide (0.9%–2.4%), niobium (~1,154ppm), and tantalum (~85ppm).

Figure 1: Section B-B1 incorporates drillholes NBR-26-06, 07, 08, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and part of 30. Gold mineralization extends southeast into the syenite as exhibited in NBR-26-29. NBR-26-30 is identified in both sections A-A1 and B-B1 as the drillhole was collared along section A-A1 but deviated southeast, intersecting gold mineralization in the mafic volcanics in section B-B1. Figure 2: A-A1 incorporates drillholes NBR-26-03, 04, 05, 23, 24, 30, 31 and 32. NBR-26-31 exhibits gold mineralization both within the syenite (at the contact) and within a "flow breccia" within the hematite altered mafic volcanic at the contact. NBR-26-32 is typified by blocky faulted ground with lamprophyre dykes and gold mineralization in the hematite altered mafic volcanics in a brecciated quartz vein with angular syenitic fragments. William Love, Chief Executive Officer of New Break commented, "Ongoing drilling this summer in the Zavitz gold zone continues to deliver significant gold values, with gold mineralization intercepted in every drillhole. As depicted in Figures 1 and 2, gold mineralization has been encountered predominantly within the mafic volcanics. Importantly, drillholes NR-26-29 and NR-26-32, the deepest drilled to date, demonstrate that gold mineralization extends into the syenite to the southeast at the contact with the mafic volcanics." He further noted, "The intrusive-mafic volcanic contact in the Zavitz gold zone has a distinctive magnetic high. This could be reflective of the higher proportion of iron in these mafic volcanics, which is associated with the higher gold values. This same magnetic and IP signature has been identified elsewhere in areas also believed to be along the intrusive-mafic volcanic contact. Drilling these never before tested targets with the goal of identifying gold mineralization similar to that encountered in the Zavitz zone represents the potential for significantly expanding the Moray gold discovery. There is also the belief that the Zavitz zone could represent the first of a series of stacked mineralized gold zones, which would point to the potential for a much larger gold system at depth. We plan to test this through deeper drilling directly into the Zavitz zone." About the Moray Gold Project The Moray property is located in the heart of the Ontario Abitibi greenstone belt, 49 km southeast of Timmins surrounded by a number of significant gold producing companies and existing mills (see Figure 3). The Young-Davidson gold mine operated by Alamos Gold Inc., with its 8,000 tonne per day mill is the closest and within a short trucking distance of approximately 45 km by road from Moray. The understanding of gold mineralization at Moray continues to evolve with each round of drilling. The occurrence of gold mineralization extending into the syenite to the southeast of the Zavitz zone and in the deepest drillholes is noteworthy given the presence of syenite-hosted mineralization at Young-Davidison. More recent examination of the drill core also suggests that the gold mineralization discovered to date may resemble an intrusion related style of deposit like Agnico Eagle's Upper Beaver gold deposit east of Kirkland Lake, as opposed to a structurally hosted gold system. Both Young-Davidson and Upper Beaver host multi-million ounce gold deposits. Figure 3 – Moray Location Map: Surrounding Gold Producers and Upper Beaver Gold Project Technical Content and Qualified Person The scientific and technical information contained in this news release has been reviewed and approved by Peter C. Hubacheck, P. Geo, consulting geologist to New Break, and an independent Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Hubacheck certifies that this news release fairly and accurately reflects the technical information and data presented. New Break conducts its exploration activities in accordance with CIM Best Practices Guidelines. QA/QC Procedures QA/QC procedures were executed to ensure all work is conducted in accordance with best practices. All drill core was sawn in half with one half of the core prepared for shipment and the other half retained for future verification. All core is under watch from the drill site to the core processing facility. Drill core is BQTK size and sample intervals range from 0.5 metres to 1.0 metres in length. Commercially prepared certified reference material ("CRM") standards and blanks were inserted with each shipment at a rate of 1 QAQC sample in every 12 core samples. Samples from New Break's 2026 Moray drilling program were analyzed at Activation Laboratories in Timmins, Ontario, which is ISO 17025 certified, by 30-gram fire assay with atomic absorption finish. Any sample assaying greater than 10.0 g/t Au was re-assayed with fire assay gravimetric analysis. Grade composite intervals over core lengths are calculated using a weighted average grade with a cut-off grade of 0.3 g/t Au. Up to 1.0 m of internal dilution (consecutive interval below cut-off grade) are included within specific geologic domains and alteration assemblages, except as otherwise noted. The composites are constrained geologically by metasomatic alteration processes sourcing from the Fiset syenite intrusion and contact mafic volcanic rocks. Elevated gold values are coincident with hematite, silica, sericite and pyrite mineralization within structurally prepared brecciated corridors flanking the intrusion. Intervals are not true widths and no top cutting has been applied to the higher gold values. About New Break Resources Ltd.
