Prismo Metals

Prismo Metals (CSE: PRIZ) (OTCQB: PMOMF) (FSE: 7KU) is a growth-stage exploration company led by a team of experienced mining professionals with a track record of successful discoveries. The team is focused on creating shareholder value by acquiring, exploring and developing precious and base metal projects in Mexico and the USA. The Hot Breccia property consists of 1,420 hectares of contiguous mining claims located in the world-class Arizona Copper Belt.

Prismo is actively exploring a precious metal project in Mexico (Palos Verdes) and a copper project in Arizona (Hot Breccia). The Palos Verdes Project is a 22.8-hectare property located in the historic Pánuco-Copala silver-gold district in southern Sinaloa, Mexico. The Los Pavitos Project consists of a 5,289-hectare property position located in southern Sonora, Mexico.

Projects

Palos Verdes

Palos Verdes is an intermediate-stage exploration project located about 65 km northeast of Mazatlán in Sinaloa State, Mexico and is accessed via the interstate highway from Mazatlán to Durango near the village of Santa Lucía. The property consists of one concession, Palos Verdes, comprising 22.7707 hectares

Hot Breccia Project

The Hot Breccia Project is a 1,420-hectare property located 5 km southeast of Freeport’s Christmas mine and 2 km from ASARCO’s Hayden smelter complex in Arizona’s Copper Belt. The property consists of 227 unpatented mining claims. The property has excellent infrastructure near paved roads and power lines, and the nearby ASARCO Hayden complex with a flotation plant and smelter, 2 km to the west. Water for drilling and exploration work is also available. The property is accessible via paved access roads such as Arizona State Highway 77 which runs along the San Pedro River and connects the town of Winkleman (7 km south) to Globe (35 km north). The nearest major city and airport is Tucson, which is approximately a 90-minute drive to the south.

Silver King

Silver King is a historic high-grade silver, copper, and base metals producer in Arizona, uniquely positioned within the Resolution Copper claim block. With a history of exceptional grades and no modern exploration, it presents significant upside potential for resource expansion and critical mineral discovery, including antimony. An initial 1,000-meter drill program is planned to target high-grade zones at multiple depths

The Ripsey Project

The Ripsey Mine is a historic gold-silver-copper producer in Arizona with significant untapped potential. Despite a history of high-grade sampling results, no modern exploration has been conducted. Prismo Metals plans a two-stage exploration program, starting with detailed mapping and sampling, followed by an initial drill program.
