Peloton Minerals Corporation is a mineral exploration company guided by a board, management, and technical team with extensive experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry. The Company’s name—“Peloton”—refers to the main group of riders in a bicycle road race; by riding as a group, the peloton saves energy and creates a fluid situation where the center appears to be breaking through its own leading edge.

The Company’s exploration strategy centers on acquiring and advancing projects in geologically favorable areas for lithium, uranium, rare earth elements, and gold. Peloton is actively reviewing additional mineral projects to add to its portfolio.

Projects

North Elko Lithium Project (NELP)

Location: Elko County, Nevada

Peloton’s flagship asset is the North Elko Lithium Project, a 100%-owned property covering approximately 20 square miles (53 square kilometers) in northeastern Nevada. The project is underlain by a large paleolake clay basin mineralized with lithium, rubidium, cesium, uranium, and rare earth minerals. A significant lithium discovery was made in 2023 on claims immediately adjacent to NELP by Surge Battery Metals Inc., highlighting the district’s potential. Regional hosts of lithium clays (smectite, illite) are abundant in outcrop on the property, and critical minerals have been identified through X-ray diffraction analysis. Golden Trail & Independence Valley Gold Projects

Location: Elko County, Nevada

Peloton holds the Golden Trail and Independence Valley gold exploration projects in northeastern Nevada. These are Carlin-style gold projects prospective for gold and silver deposits.

Texas Canyon Uranium

Location: Elko County, Nevada

The Company also holds the Texas Canyon uranium project in Elko County, Nevada.

Boulder Copper Porphyry

Location: Jefferson County, Montana

Peloton holds a non-controlling interest in a copper porphyry project near Butte, Montana. The project is prospective for copper, molybdenum, and base and precious metals.

Mr. Britton was most recently a part of the ownership group that grew and sold a Western Canadian based waste management company. Mr. Britton was involved in all facets for the company from finance, operations, and HR. Growing the Company to over 200 employees with contracts throughout Alberta.  Prior to his involvement in waste management Mr. Britton was the COO, Asia, of one of North America’s leading real estate investment companies where he was responsible for operations across 4 countries, spanning 6 offices with a staff of over 1100 people. Mr. Britton has over 20 years of experience serving as a director or advisor to publicly traded companies.

Clifford A. Wiebe – Independent Director
