Lac Guéret South Project

FC graphite’s Lac Guéret South Project is located in Northern Québec, within the Tétépisca region—one of Canada’s most prospective graphite districts. The Company holds a district-scale land package of approximately 16,704 hectares, or 167.04 square kilometres, and is among the largest claim holders in the region. The property borders Nouveau Monde Graphite’s Uatnan project.

Less than 10% of the Company’s land package has been drilled. FC graphite reports that more than $10 million has been invested in the project to date, helping outline a graphite resource with substantial expansion potential.

The project’s Zone 1 hosts a verified, high-grade NI 43-101 mineral resource comprising:

• 1.76 million tonnes of Indicated material grading 17% Cg.
• 1.53 million tonnes of Inferred material grading 16.4% Cg.

The deposit contains predominantly large- and jumbo-sized graphite flakes. According to FC graphite, these flake characteristics provide superior crystallinity and conductivity and may support higher-value applications in advanced technologies.

FC graphite is advancing the project toward a Preliminary Economic Assessment while pursuing resource growth and development. The Company states that its exploration programs are funded through 2026 and include completed helicopter-borne geophysical surveys, summer field exploration, environmental baseline studies and a planned fall diamond-drilling campaign.

Management

• John LaGourgue — CEO, President and Director. Mr. LaGourgue has more than 25 years of experience in senior executive, board and advisory roles across the resource sector. His background includes capital markets, commercial and governmental relations, project oversight, corporate finance, risk management and operations. He has helped secure more than $100 million in debt and equity financing.
• Scott Kelly — CFO. Mr. Kelly has more than 20 years of experience as a senior officer and director of private and public resource companies throughout North and South America. He has experience guiding companies from initial public offerings and asset development through commercial production and take-out transactions.
• Antoine Fournier — Vice President of Exploration. Mr. Fournier is a geologist with more than 35 years of mineral-exploration experience spanning industrial minerals, high-tech metals and critical minerals. He holds a B.Sc. from Concordia University and an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from McGill University. He is a registered geologist in Québec and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.
• Shelley McDonald — Corporate Secretary. Ms. McDonald has more than 25 years of experience supporting public and private organizations in regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
