Dear Investors,
Our recent drill holes (-154 and -155, along with hole -136 drilled earlier this year) are showing strong indications of an “Oatman-style” high-grade vein system. Oatman produced over 2 million ounces of gold, and from day one, that’s been our vision for gold mineralization along the Arabian Fault at Philadelphia.
While we’ve focused recently on the shallow stockwork zone—due to its accessibility, lower drilling costs, and increasing gold prices—the real upside lies in discovering a high-grade vein system. With hole spacing at 200 ft apart, our chances of intercepting something substantial in multiple holes have greatly improved.
The latest intercepts are especially promising: 22–24 meters thick, equating to about 14-15 meters (~45 feet) true width—comparable in thickness to the heart of Oatman’s best ore zones. These veins are rich in yellow-green quartz replacing earlier bladed calcite, classic markers of high-grade gold at Oatman.
Also notable: earlier this year, two shallow holeswest of the above holes hit 17 gpt Au across 6 feet of vein material. Hole -155 shows even more yellow quartz than those, which raises expectations that it could exceed the 20m @ 3 gpt Au intercepted in hole -154.
This could be a pivotal moment in the program. The potential is significant—and we’re excited about where this could lead.
