Abitibi connection

• Shear-hosted gold mineralization throughout Wyoming was connected to the Abitibi shear zone belts of the Superior Province during gold endowment, approximately 2.65 billion years ago.
• These Archean belts with age relationship to the Abitibi are historically mined but under-explored districts of orogenic, shear-hosted lode gold.
• This connection opens Wyoming up to great potential for Abitibi-scale deposits yet to be discovered.

Very high-grade proven gold

• 2022 exploration at Golden Buffalo produced a drill intercept of 83.8 g/t Au over 1 m,  and rock chip samples of 4.1 g/t Au sampled along northern contact of the Golden Buffalo Shear Zone (GBSZ) and 2.5 g/t Au sampled along the southern contact.
• Our Lewiston project has a historic sample of 1,690 oz/t Au, and  RGC samples of  62 g/t Au and 8.1% Cu.
• Bradley Peak historic samples top 89 g/t Au and 5.8% Cu, with RGC samples returning 6.5 g/t Au and 3.7% Cu.

Golden Buffalo (Flagship Asset)

• 9,600 acres (3,884 hectares) of contiguous BLM mining claims, including 300 acres (121 hectares) of patented property and >600 acres (242 hectares) of private surface land with water rights.
• Age of Mineralization: 2635-2615 Ma
• Host Lithologies: Greywackes and Mafic-Ultramafic Dikes
• Minerology: Arsenopyrite-Pyrite-Chlorite-Calcite-Tourmaline
• Vector Elements: Au-Ag-As-Bi-Sb-W-Te
• Structure: Shear zones and mesocopic isoclinal folds
• 500 Oz Au historically produced from a 20 metre trench (by previous operator)
• Drilling (2022 program) produced 83.8 g/t Au over 1 metre with anomalous gold returned in >50% of drill holes; rock chip assays up to 160 g/t Au

Lewiston

• 14,000 acres (5,665 hectares) of active BLM mining claims, including 58 acres (23 hectares) of patented claims at Hidden Hand.
• >10 km mineralized shear zone trend
• Relevant Gold’s Lewiston project claims include the historic Hidden Hand, Burr, Goodhope, and Lone Pine mines.
• Historic reported samples include 1,690 oz/ton Au; Relevant Gold rock chip samples up to 62 g/t Au + 8.15 Cu.
• Arsenic (As), Antimony (Sb), Tungsten (W) and Copper (Cu) enriched shear zones that historically have reported significant high-grade bonanza style gold within the shear structures and associated veining

Shield-Carissa

• >2,000 acres (809 hectares) of active BLM lode mining claims, which include two historic mines – the B&H and Shields mines
• Relevant Gold rock chip samples up to 4.8 g/t Au
• > 3 km of East-Northeast anastomosing mineralized shear zone, parallel to the historic Carissa Mine trend
• Carissa Mine’s historic production is estimated at 200,000 oz Au
• Gold mineralization hosted in quartz-arsenopyrite veins and arsenopyrite replacement zones at shear contact with Miner’s Delight wallrock​
• Significant chlorite-silica-sulfide-epidote alteration​
• Strong arsenic anomalies in both rock and soil​

Windy Flats

• Windy Flats is a large, unexplored zone of shearing with the same stratigraphy found elsewhere in the South Pass Formation (Golden Buffalo, Lewiston, Shield-Carissa) which has recently been exposed because of the wind.
• As the name implies, winds are prominent on the property, and unconsolidated Tertiary South Pass Formation is actively being eroded and carried away by the wind.
• A zone of prominent shearing and quartz veining several hundred meters wide was mapped and has been sampled during the 2022 field season.
• Prominent Lidar-interpreted isoclinal fold closures occur within the property and should be investigated for potential saddle-reef style gold mineralization.
• Additional discrete D2 shear zones are exposed at the northern and southern ends of the property.

Bradley Peak

• 5,700 acres (2,306 hectares) of contiguous active BLM mining claims with 100% ownership by Relevant Gold Corp
• 21 km of shear zones identified with classic orogenic gold and volcanogenic massive sulfide style mineralization observed across the greenstone belt district.
• Historic samples up to 89 g/t Au + 5.8% Cu; Relevant Gold rock chip samples up to 6.5 g/t Au + 3.7% Cu
• Host Lithologies: Rheologic contrasts​, amphibolites and greenstones, and carbonate facies iron formation
• Minerology: Gold-Arsenopyrite-Chalcopyrite-Pyrite-Pyrrhotite
• Vector Elements: Au-Ag-Sb-Hg-Bi-Cu-W
