GREAT ATLANTIC RESOURCES CORP. (TSXV.GR) (FRA:PH02) announces the results of voting at its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on November 30, 2021. Shareholders unanimously approved all items put forward by the board of directors of the Company and Management, as outlined in the Company’s management information circular dated October 22, 2021.

The Company is also pleased to announce that shareholders of the Company approved the creation of 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation beneficially owned by Mr.Eric Sprott, as a new Control Person (as such term is defined in the policies of the TSXV) of the Company.
