Silver Tiger Metals CEO Glenn Jessome joins Peter Gadsdon for a detailed construction update on the El Tigre silver-gold project in Sonora, Mexico. Construction of the fully permitted Stockwork Zone heap leach remains on schedule for commissioning and first doré pour in December 2027, with approximately 200 people now on site, earthworks underway, detailed engineering complete, long-lead items ordered, and major contractors fully mobilised. Concrete work is set to begin in October, CFE has granted life-of-mine grid power access, and the experienced team led by Francisco Albelais and Kappes, Cassiday & Associates continues to execute on time.
Glenn emphasizes that the priority is delivery of the low-cost heap leach mine, with the underground PEA to be advanced to PFS in parallel and further high-grade drilling underway to the north. He also discusses the improving permitting environment in Mexico, the group’s recent successes, the company’s strong cash position of around C$100 million, and why disciplined execution will create more shareholder value than short-term metal price movements as Silver Tiger moves toward production.
