
G3 Goldfields Inc. is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement. In connection with the Offering, the Company issued 4,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of C$0.40 per Share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$1,600,000.
The proceeds from the Offering will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four-month and a day hold period.
