Scorpio Gold Corp. (TSX-V: SGN) (OTCQB: SRCRF) (FSE: RY9) is pleased to announce results from two step-out holes of the Phase Two drill program at the Manhattan District Project, Nevada, USA: 26MN-075 and 26MN-081, see Figure 1. The results are tabulated in Table 1 and discussed below. Scorpio Gold has drilled 80 drill holes to date from its Phase Two diamond drilling program, 25MN-011 through 25MN-045, 26MN-046 through 26MN-090, for a grand total of 23,341 m. With the results herein, Scorpio Gold has reported assays on 62 of these (25MN-011 through 25MN-045 and 26MN-046 through 26MN-069, 26MN-072, 26MN-075, and 26MN-081), totalling 19,828 m, and assays are pending from 18 holes (26MN-070 and 26MN-071, 26MN-073 and 26MN-074, 26MN-076 through 26MN-080, and 26MN-082 through 26MN-090), totalling 3,587 m. The pending results will be reported as they become available.
“Hole 26MN-075 returned 11.84 g/t gold over 8.39 metres, including 40.15 g/t over 0.88 metres, confirming that the Ordovician Zanzibar Formation continues to host solid grade at depth at Goldwedge. Importantly, these intervals contribute to upgrading previously uncategorized blocks within the Goldwedge zone of the Inferred Resource Constraining Pit.
“Goldwedge occupies a pivotal position in the broader Manhattan District. It sits at the northern junction of the Ordovician Zanzibar Formation, immediately adjacent to the Gap Zone that separates it from the Zanzibar Trend to the south, and along the same structural corridor that extends toward Black Mammoth to the northwest. With approximately 250 metres of untested strike between Goldwedge and Black Mammoth, and a further ~300 metres of untested Zanzibar Trend strike to the southeast, Goldwedge is increasingly the connective tissue of what we believe is a district-scale mineralized system. Demonstrating continuity through this corridor — and bridging those gaps — is the core of our resource expansion strategy,” said Harrison Pokrandt, VP Exploration for Scorpio Gold.

Drill hole 26MN-075 is a 50 m step-out, at Goldwedge, to the northeast of hole 25MN-048, see news release dated February 27, 2026. The bottom portion of drill hole 26MN-075 was not completed due to poor drilling conditions. Drill hole 26MN-081 was an attempt to re-enter drill hole 26MN-075 but it also encountered poor drilling conditions and was not completed to target depth. No significant results were returned from drill hole 26MN-081, see Figures 2 and 3. The planned target for this drill hole, both inside and outside the Inferred Resource Constraining Pit (“IRCP”), was not achieved due to poor drilling conditions and follow up drill holes are planned to achieve the target. Both drill holes ultimately tested only within the ICRP, see Figures 4 and 5, targeting categorized and uncategorized mineralization in the 2025 MRE block model. Goldwedge Results:
26MN-075: This drill hole tested the Ordovician Zanzibar Formation and associated mineralization, at Goldwedge. The drill hole contains four intervals hosted in Ordovician Zanzibar Formation limestone units, including 0.61 g/t gold over 2.9 m from 37.49 m, 0.24 g/t gold over 4.57 m from 65.08 m, 0.34 g/t gold over 4.36 m from 81.65 m; and the highlight interval of 11.84 g/t gold over 8.39 m from 106.21 m, which includes both 40.15 g/t gold over 0.88 m from 107.02 m and 10.27 g/t gold over 6.1 m from 108.5 m.
26MN-081: This drill hole is a wedge from drill hole 26MN-075 and similarly tested the Ordovician Zanzibar Formation and associated mineralization at Goldwedge. The drill hole encountered the same poor drilling conditions as drill hole 26MN-075 and was abandoned without reaching its designed target. The target will be re-drilled from a different location at a later date.
These Goldwedge intervals represent new mineralization inside the current IRCP, see cross-section A to A’ (Figure 4) and long-section B to B’ (Figure 5).

QA/QC
HQ sized diamond drill core samples were cut in halves, then bagged and secured with security tags to ensure integrity during transportation to the Reno, NV, Paragon Geochemical facility for preparation. For quality assurance, unmarked coarse blanks, unmarked certified reference materials, and requested laboratory duplicates were inserted into the sampling sequence. QA samples were systematically inserted into each batch of samples, amounting to approximately 10% of the run of samples. Samples were analyzed for gold using method PA-AU02 (~500 g), a two-cycle PhotonAssayTM analysis of crushed material (70% passing 2 mm). All Paragon Geochemical facilities comply with ISO 17025:2017.
About the Manhattan District
Manhattan, located in the Walker Lane Trend of Nevada, USA, is road accessible and lies approximately 20 kilometers south of the operating Round Mountain Gold Mine (https://www.kinross.com/operations/default.aspx#americas-roundmountain), which has produced more than 15 million ounces of gold. For the first time, the Company has consolidated Manhattan’s past-producing mines under a single entity that holds valuable permitting and water rights. Historically, Manhattan has produced approximately 700,000 ounces of gold from high-grade placer and lode operations dating from the late 1890s through to the mid-2000s.¹ The maiden mineral resource estimate (the “Maiden MRE“) covering the Goldwedge and Manhattan Pit areas of Manhattan is comprised of 18,343,000 tonnes grading 1.26 g/t gold for a total of 740,000 oz contained gold in the inferred category.²
A historical mineral resource estimate (the “Historical MRE“) covers the Black Mammoth, April Fool, Hooligan, Keystone, and Jumbo areas of Manhattan and comprises 1,652,325 tonnes grading 5.89 g/t gold for a total of 303,949 oz contained gold.³ The deposit is interpreted as a low-sulfidation, epithermal, gold-rich system situated adjacent to the Tertiary-aged Manhattan caldera in the Southern Toquima Range of Nevada. A “Qualified Person” as defined in National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects has not done sufficient work to make the Historical MRE current, and the Company is not treating the Historical MRE as current.
