Projects

 

Confederation Lake

 

 

The Confederation Lake properties consist of 108 claims over 5,136 ha with assessment work reserves of $1.7 million, sufficient to maintain all contiguous claims for 13 years. 
 

 

Dixie 17, 18, 19, 20 and Dixie 3

 

 

 

 

The Dixie Zinc Copper Project is optioned by Pistol Bay and is in Confederation Lake Greenstone Belt in Ontario. This property is known as the 17-18-19 Dixie Claims. Pistol also owns the Dixie 20 Claim which is located east of the Dixie 18 Claim and North of the Dixie 19 Claim. In addition,Pistol Bay also has the Dixie 3 claim, formerly know as the Snake Falls property. This property is located 45 kilometers southeast of Red Lake. It is within 8 kilometers of the Dixie 17, 18, 19, 20 properties and fits within the company’s exploration model located 35 kilometers southeast of Red Lake, Ontario.These are Zinc-Copper properties

 

 

 

Fredart, Copperlode

 

 

The other substantial deposit is the Copperlode “A” or Fredart Zone. It has a historical mineral resource of 425,000 tonnes grading 1.56% copper (non-compliant NI 43-101 and has not been reviewed by a Qualified Person). The zone was drill-tested to a depth of approximately 200 meters over a length of 350 meters, and was reported as being open at depth. The area was also explored for molybdenum in the 1970’s and samples containing up to 1.46% Mo were reported

 

 

Ben Lake, Joy, Joy North and Caravelle

 

 

The Joy North claim is contiguous with the Joy group of claims and covers five separate mineralized zones, all of VMS character.
 

 

Athabasca Basin

 

Uranium in Athabasca Basin in Northern Saskatchewan, optioned by Rio Tinto

 

 

 

The company properties include the C4-5-6 Uranium property in the Athabasca basin in Saskatchewan. Rio Tinto Exploration Canada Uranium Corp. / Rio Tinto Exploration Canada Inc. has informed Pistol Bay Mining Inc. that they will continue exploration of this property in 2017.

 

 

In addition, Pistol Bay Mining Inc. is presently seeking other worthwhile projects but will not make any decisions until proper due diligence is completed.

 

Directors and Management Team

 

 

Charles Desjardins – President & CEO, Director

 

 

Mr. Desjardins brings more than 25 years of public company experience in the areas of finance and public company management. He is President and CEO of Tandem Capital Group Inc. which was active in the investor relations field during the mid 1980’s. Mr. Desjardins was also past president of numerous public mineral exploration and technology companies which traded on the TSX Venture exchange.

 

 

Doug McFaul- Director

 

 

Mr. McFaul has 20 years of experience with companies involved in the public markets. He has acted as a director and held senior management positions with various public companies. Mr. McFaul completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1994. He also obtained a degree in finance from the University of Alaska in 1989

 

 

Dave Bissoondatt – Director / Officer-Vice President of Operations

 

 

Mr. Bissoondatt has over 20 years of experience with companies involved in the public markets. He has held the position as director in various companies traded on the TXS Venture Exchange. He has also served on the Audit Committee in some of the companies. Mr. Bissoondatt graduated from BCIT in Control Electronics in 1975 and in Medical Radiology in 1980. He has been a business owner for many years. Presently he also has a managerial position in the health care field.

 

 

Mr. Glen MacDonald – Director

 

 

Mr. MacDonald is a professional geologist with over 30 years of exploration and mine development experience in the mineral industry. He has a BSc. (1973) from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the Alberta Professional Engineers, Geologist and Geophysicists Association since 1982 and of the British Columbia Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists since 1993. C0-founder of and a director of Potash One Inc. from March 2003 to May 2009. Mr. Macdonald is currently a director of several other TSX Venture listed resources companies

 

 

Advisory Board

 

 

Jody Dahrouge

 

 

Mr. Dahrouge is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in Canada and internationally, and has a successful background in base metals, industrial minerals, rare metals and uranium exploration. Since 1998, Mr. Dahrouge has been the president of Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd., a geological services company that provides consulting services to a broad range of public and private exploration and mining companies. He is a professional geologist (Alberta) and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in geology and computing science, both from the University of Alberta.   Mr. Dahrouge has been involved in all aspects of mineral exploration and development for a wide variety of commodities worldwide. Until September 2007, Mr. Dahrouge was President and COO of Fission Energy Corp. (“Fission”), and played a key role in the acquisition of several of Fission’s key exploration properties, including Waterbury Lake, Patterson Lake and Patterson Lake South (“PLS”). Two very significant uranium occurrences were eventually discovered at those projects, including the J-Zone at Waterbury Lake, and the Triple R uranium deposit at PLS.  Mr. Dahrouge has been a director and VP
